Chemical Planet is always available to assist the customer. However, my last purchase My order with tracking number 36020070069368 has not arrived yet. I informed the company and promptly opened a procedure with the logistics company GLS, to verify the loss of the order. Well, I'm still waiting for an answer on when I will receive my order. It was the first time I had problems, all previous orders were delivered. So far I am satisfied and confident in the chemical planet.

My order was shiped 6 days ago and didn t arrive yet. Hope it didn t get lost. Normaly the shipping only took like 3 or 4 days. :(
